a. Yes, you may enroll later after completing the projects with TOOOPLE however, the rest of the group members may continue to enroll for certification

NOCN certification is a globally recognized which certifies students in the ability to design, execute and deliver technical projects according to standards set out by the NOCN regulatory organization. This not only improves the student’s ability to design and execute projects but also makes them job ready in industries which require participation, leading and contribution to project-based product deliverables to customers.

a. You will be given a period of one year to complete the requirements from the date of enrollments, after which you will pay an annual fee to attempt to complete the requirements.
a. Foundation certification in Applied Project Development (Unit 100): 44 hrs of individual commitment and 6 hrs of mentorship per group over 3 weeks
b. Advanced Certification- in Applied Project Development Unit 100 + Unit 200 + Unit 300: Foundation Certification plus 78 additional hrs of individual commitment & 18 hrs of group mentoring over 12 to 15 weeks
a. Foundation Certificate: TOOOPLE-UNIT 400 - Purposeful and Effective Mentoring. 24 hrs of individual commitment and mentoring a group over 4 weeks
b. Professional Certificate: TOOOPLE-UNIT 400 - Purposeful and Effective Mentoring + TOOOPLE-UNIT 500 - Practicum: Foundation Certification plus 15 hrs of individual commitment & 35 hrs of mentoring a group over 12 to 14 weeks

These certifications are technology, subject and function agnostic hence some exposure in the area that the group wants to work should greatly help but TOOOPLE will not be a full-fledged technology training company but will surely be able to point them to a training partner resources to build knowledge.
b. However. If the institution/candidates are open to additional invest into capability technology training as a part of the engagement, then TOOOPLE may include the technology training at an additional cost
a. All the mentors must go through the Unit#400 certification training and complete the requirements prescribed by TOOOPLE to deliver any projects that lead to NOCN certifications and subsequently upgrade to professional certifications
a. Yes, provided they complete at least the foundation module (Unit #400) successfully and subsequently Unit #500
a. Yes. In case the institution prefers to engage their own faculty, we have a choice to train and certify the institutional faculty members using unit#400 & Unit #500 with support from an industry mentor initially
b. The faculty who is looking for certification must have some industry exposure or any 2 vendor certifications with good communication skills

a. Yes however, the cost may be higher as the entire costing will be loaded on to one individual. But TOOOPLE can facilitate by connecting them to any other group that has the capacity to accommodate
a. Every student will receive a final progress and a report with all the evaluators with their comments and rating which can be used by the candidate. Also, MyCredentials report can be generated by each and every candidate to apply jobs or for higher education
a. The certification is for project work using NOCN’s accredited framework in a group and technology/subject/function agnostic hence, it will be treated as a new project/certification only
